General Booking Terms & Conditions
Refund Policy
- Cancellations 14 days prior to booking date – 100% Refund
- Cancellations 7 days prior to booking date – 50% Refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days prior to booking date – NO REFUND
- If a booking is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen reasons, we will, at our discretion, refund you in full.
Bookings
- Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
- Online payments are confirmed immediately.
- Manual payments proof of payment must be emailed to payments@stfancisbayadventures.com
- Note for payments made: If only 2 seats have been booked at departure time, a fee of R140.00 is payable to our skipper or your money back. Alternatively, choose a slot with 16 or fewer seats remaining.
